Meet Our Team!

Meet our dedicated team at Lifestyle Chiropractic and learn a bit about who we are.

Weston DeHaven

My name is Weston DeHaven. I was born in Watervliet and graduated from Watervliet High School in 2015 where I competed in wrestling, baseball and football. I went on to attend Davenport University in Grand Rapids to earn my Bachelors in Biological Laboratory Sciences and meet the pre-requisite requirements to attend Palmer College
of Chiropractic. I graduated from Palmer in 2023 and began working with my father, Andy, at Lifestyle Chiropractic. By October of that year, I was the sole practitioner at the business my dad had built for 28 years. It has been extremely rewarding to work with many of the same people I have known since I was a kid, and I am grateful to be in a position to help my community. When I am not at the office, I enjoy watching football (GO LIONS!), fishing, a little bit of hunting, astronomy and anything that involves northern Michigan. When I attended Davenport University, I played football for two years as a defensive lineman and wrestled for the remainder of my time in college. I am engaged to my future wife Anna and together we have a greyhound named Shera, who we were lucky enough to adopt after a life of racing while we were living in Iowa in addition to our two cats Kitty and Tori.

Ronda

Hi, my name is Ronda. I have worked at Lifestyle Chiropractic for the past 5 years as the office manager. My role at the clinic is to oversee numerous administrative functions, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently.

I have been happily married for 32 years and have raised two wonderful adult children. I have an associate degree in office administration from the Detroit Business Institute.

When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my animals, embroidery and camping with friends.

Patricia

Hello, my name is Patricia. I am a massage therapist here at Lifestyle Chiropractic. I specialize in medical massage and focus on an individual's needs in the moment. The treatment for stress will differ from the treatment for an injury.  I like to include dynamic cupping in my massage to improve circulation, inflammation and help with myofascial release. I went to the Kalamazoo Center for Healing Arts Institute to earn my degree in massage therapy.

I grew up in Watervliet, graduating from the local high school (GO PANTHERS!). When I am not at Lifestyle, I work in Watervliet Hospital as a lab assistant, drawing blood and getting specimens ready for testing. You may see me there when you come to get your blood drawn!

I also co-own a business, R Bread Co., in which we provide sourdough breads, cheesecakes, bagels and a plethora of other goodies. When at home, I enjoy spending time with my husband, our wonderful legion of Chihuahuas, our army of chickens and our little kitty.

Patty

Hi my name is Patty. I have been practicing massage for 12 years, starting with my schooling in Florence, Alabama at North Alabama School of Wellness. I began working here at Lifestyle Chiropractic in December of 2024 after moving to Michigan to be close to my granddaughter and son. I am well versed in deep tissue medical massage, Swedish, hot stone, cupping, lymphatic drainage, reflexology and sports massage.

When I am not at work, I enjoy gardening and trail riding with my horse.

Kathryn

Hi, my name is Kathryn. I am a massage therapist here at Lifestyle Chiropractic. I have been in massage therapy for about 25 years and have been at this office for over a decade. I specialize in deep tissue medical massage along with dynamic cupping. I include extensive stretching during the massage that can also be performed on your own at home.

I am also a wife, mother of five and grandmother of three. When I am not working, I enjoy being outside. I take care of a hive of bees (they bring me peace and honey) and I enjoy going to Mackinac Island or the Upper Peninsula for camping.

Shera DeHaven

Hi there! I'm Shera, a proud greyhound with a heart full of love. My humans, Anna and Weston, rescued me after my speedy racing days in Iowa. They’re the best pack I could ask for! These days, my favorite thing isn’t chasing finish lines—it’s tagging along with my dad to work and soaking up all the affection and belly rubs from the wonderful patients. It’s paws-down the best life a pup could dream of!
